Oversees academic affairs and sets the tone and strategy for school culture. Leads the academic administration team, academic advisor, and program coordinator; oversees annual accreditation renewal; coordinates the faculty search, interview, and screening process; directly revises the curriculum; and, if necessary, completes for the principal.
Oversee student affairs and set the tone and strategy for student culture. Serves as grade advisor and member of curriculum review, accreditation, and strategic planning committees; oversees student clubs, honor committees, and all disciplinary matters; co-director of TAPPS academic competitions; teaches a variety of courses, including ancient and medieval history, systematic theology, spiritual education, and writing; Plans and leads educational trips (DC and Texas history tours), school camps, service projects, and church services; fills in as on-site IT staff; coaches basketball; supports student recruiting and development teams.
