Ryan Bishop’s Corbin Oxon signed with St. Cloud State wrestling Thursday afternoon. Joining a nationally ranked No. 1 team feels like a dream, he said.
“I just want to make a difference. I want to be remembered. Of course I want to be a national champion. I think they’re the best team to help me get there,” Oxon said.
Oxon added that he was impressed by the size of the city and St. Cloud’s wrestling facility and thanked his coaches and parents for helping him get this far. Minot State hosts Huskies Friday at 7 p.m.
