I am an internationally recognized health advocate and split my time between Central North Carolina and Northern California.

I co-founded The Underbelly, where you can find unique and immersive digital wellness experiences through the yoga classes I teach and curated product lines to enhance your well-being. I work on the leadership team at We Go High and am the co-host of the Dear Jessamyn podcast.

When I’m not manifesting or in a yoga flow state, I’m gazing at the sky or taking a dip in the most beautiful river and tub in the world. I collect vintage furniture and am the surrogate mother to several very charming cats, plants and the cutest chihuahua you will ever meet.

I’m also the co-host of the Tender Fire Media podcast called Dear Jessamyn. Named one of the top sex podcasts to listen to by Harper’s Bazaar, the show offers a new perspective on relationships, sex and lifestyle for everyone who lives and loves outside the box.

I’m the co-founder of We Go High NC, a Southern marijuana justice organization dedicated to increasing marijuana use in prohibitive states like mine, and highlighting the natural connection between marijuana use and prison abolition. The organization operates on a simple truth: No one should go to jail for smoking marijuana.

My first book, Full Body Yoga: Letting Go of Fear. Get on the mat. Love Your Body has inspired audiences around the globe to discover the power of yoga and self-acceptance. My second book, YOKE: My Yoga of Self-Acceptance, will be published in Spring 2021.
