Nyvi Estephan is a Brazilian presenter, actor and presenter of e-sports. It is considered by the media to be the most popular venue for eSports events in Latin America.
Nyvi is the daughter of an artist, her father is a musician and her mother is an artist and former actress. He took theater, percussion, piano, saxophone, trumpet and violin classes and taught music at an NGO, and in 2007 he joined a northeastern percussion and pop culture group and collaborated with theater, theatrical performance and collaboration in sound design.
Graduated in Fashion Design from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, where she coordinates, creates and assists in this area. In 2010, she worked in risk trading at a brokerage firm. She also holds a degree in Game Journalism from Faculdade Casper Líbero and in Advanced Television Performance from Escola de Actors Wolf Maya.
Between 2013 and 2019, she was the girlfriend of comedian Hermes and Renato Bruno Sartre. Since 2020, she has been dating youtuber Felipe Castanhari.
As an actress, she started her career in her teens, appearing in several episodes of Hermes and Renato. In 2013, she started working on presenting and directing live national and international esports championships. In 2017, she was hired to present the eSports Brasil Award, broadcast on SporTV, and the following year she became an ambassador for the award, considered the largest of its kind in South America. Also in 2018, she was hired by Globosat’s digital arm, VIU Hub, to broadcast a game show on the SportTV YouTube channel. In 2019, Nyvi was invited to present the new reality show “Procurando Âncora” created by both platforms.
In the same year, she won the games segment of the Esporte Espetacular Start program, in addition to reporting on rock in Rio de Janeiro for Rede Globo, her first experience in the television entertainment segment. Also in 2019, she was nominated for the Hostess of the Year category at the Esports Awards, the biggest electronic sports awards in the world, becoming the only Latin American nominee that year and the first South American woman to achieve the feat. He comes in third.
