Samantha Hutchinson advises financial institutions and private market managers on the full range of fund financing products across all asset classes. Sam has advised on some of the largest subscription and leveraged transactions in the market, including a $2 billion secondary financing for a leading European secondary manager, a $1.5 billion hybrid umbrella for a leading global primary fund Loans and an underwriting facility of EUR 5 billion. In the past 12 months she has advised on over 50 new fund raisings worth over £15bn.
Sam has advised financial institutions and private market managers for more than 15 years, and her practice covers a variety of fund lending products, including underwriting lines, primary and secondary leverage and liquidity lines, general partner and executive funds, and cross-border A range of co-investment facilities are offered in different structures, including frame and screen equipment.
